Commoners’ Publishing Society is a non-profit home-based book publisher in Ottawa, Canada. We have been publishing books since 1973. We have strong interests in books about diverse cultures, community writing & literature, parenting and otherwise neglected ideas.
We also help writers, self-publishers, and family historians design, edit, print and bind books for their own use, and in the marketing of books that otherwise might never see the light of day.
We also have expertise in world languages publishing and have done publications in Arabic, French, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Hindi, Russian, Amharic, Swahili and many others.
Most of our books are also available as ebooks, typically in 3 formats.
